Terms of sale

These terms cover every lead order from Encogito LLC, sold as Encogito Leads ("we"), to the company that sends the purchase order ("you"). Sending a purchase order means you accept them.

1. Quotes and prices

Prices are per lead. Standard leads are $0.50, best rows $1.50 and exclusive leads $2.50. A quote is good for 14 days. The quote sets the area, the number of leads and the total.

2. Payment

We send an invoice when we get your purchase order. Every order is paid in full before we deliver it.

3. Delivery

Leads are sent as a CSV file to the email on the purchase order after payment clears.

4. Dead leads

A dead lead is a disconnected number or a business that has closed. Report it to grant@encogito.com within 14 days of delivery and we replace it with a new lead from the same order. We do not give refunds.

5. Exclusive leads

For 12 months from delivery we do not sell exclusive leads to anyone else. The quote says whether your area can be sold exclusively.

6. Use of the leads

The leads are for your company's own sales outreach, including your own agents. You may not resell, share or publish them.

7. Outreach compliance

You are responsible for following the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and federal and state do-not-call rules when you contact any lead.

8. Sales results

We check each lead before delivery. We do not promise that any lead will buy from you.

9. Limit of liability

Our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia.
