Which areas do you cover?

Any area in the US. Name it on the order form by ZIP code, city, county, metro or state.

Can I order merchants on one processor?

Yes. Name the processor on the order form, for example Clover. We include merchants where the processor can be identified.

How does exclusivity work?

You pay $2.50 per lead for the area you name. For 12 months we do not sell those leads to anyone else. The quote says whether the area can be sold exclusively.

What format are the leads in?

A CSV file. It opens in Excel and Google Sheets, and most CRMs can import it.

What if a lead is dead?

A dead lead is a disconnected number or a business that has closed. Report it within 14 days of delivery and we replace it. We do not give refunds.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice with the quote. Every order is paid in full before delivery.

Is there a bulk discount?

Case by case. Tell us the size of the order and we quote it.

What do I get for $1.50 instead of $0.50?

The $1.50 rows have an owner name and a direct contact for the owner. Standard rows have the business phone and address, with other fields where found.

Who is responsible for outreach compliance?

The buyer. These are business records, and the buyer follows TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state do-not-call rules in outreach.
