How we build a list

We scan business websites and listings in your area for the merchants you want, including the card processor they use.

Each merchant is checked against current listings to confirm it is open and the phone matches.

You get a CSV with a status and a check date on every row. It imports into Excel, Google Sheets and most CRMs.

We take orders for any area in the US. Name it by ZIP code, city, county, metro or state. Add a card processor if you only want its merchants.

Send the order form. Include the area and the business types. Add a processor if you want one.
Get a quote. We reply by email with the price and an invoice.
Pay the invoice. Every order is paid before delivery.
Receive the CSV.

Phone	Confirmed on a current listing where possible.
Address	Street, city, state and ZIP.
Website	Where the merchant has one.
Email	Where found.
Status	Open, likely open or closed.
Checked	The month the status was last checked.
Processor	The card processor, where it can be identified.
Since	Start date with the processor, where known.
Years	Years with the processor, at least.
Past first lease	Flags merchants likely past a first equipment lease term.
Other processor	A second processor seen for the same merchant.
Surcharge	Flags merchants that charge a card fee.
Category	The business type.
Rating and reviews	Where listed.
Owner	Where found. Best rows include a direct contact for the owner.
Socials	Where found.
Notes	Anything a buyer should read before calling.
